Years of Experience

As a school community, we bring over 15 years of experience as Casa dei Bambini, a highly regarded Montessori pre-school, alongside nearly a decade of delivering primary education, under the St Luke’s Academy license, with our tenth year approaching in September 2027. This combined experience reflects a sustained commitment to educational excellence, child-centred practice and continuous development.

Our transition to the International Primary Curriculum represents a natural and thoughtful progression in our journey. It aligns closely with the Ministry of Education’s focus on project-based, child-centred learning, while building on the strong foundations already established within our school. This next step positions us to further enhance our provision and prepare our pupils for future success in an evolving educational landscape.

Specialist Certifications

We are proud to have dedicated leadership in place to guide this transformation. Our Dean of Transformation plays a key role in overseeing the implementation of the International Primary Curriculum, ensuring that best practices are embedded across the school and that both staff and pupils are fully supported throughout the process.

Professional Development Participation

Since April 2026, our teaching team has been actively engaged in ongoing professional development. This includes a blended approach of remote and in-person collaboration with the International Primary Curriculum implementation and professional development teams. Through workshops, training sessions and continuous support, our staff are developing the knowledge and skills needed to deliver the curriculum effectively and confidently.

IPC Training Status

Our IPC training programme is well underway and remains current. All training is scheduled to be completed by June 2027, ensuring that our staff are fully prepared for sustained, high-quality delivery of the curriculum. This structured approach reflects our commitment to excellence and to providing the best possible educational experience for every child.
