Admissions

Once we receive the Information Form, Attendance Contract, Registration Fee, a copy of the birth certificate or National Passport or ID card, the Doctor’s letter covering developmental milestones and certificate of good health and immunizations so far we will process the application.
Tuition is to be paid in full one term in advance, September’s tuition is to be received by June 20th, January’s tuition is due September 20th and April’s tuition is due by January 20th.
Any parents failing to give notice of 4 months prior to removing your respective child/children will result in one term’s tuition in lieu of notice per student and or losing the tuition paid in advance, being owed to St Luke’s Academy.
In regards to children not returning in September for the following academic year, we require notice by January 31st of the same year, which would be 5 months’ notice. Failure to comply will result in 1 term’s tuition due or retained in lieu of notice for September –December. Along with one term’s PE & Resources fee.
The Montessori classroom is one with students of mixed ages, from 3-5+ years.
There are no reductions in tuition for children not attending full time.
We require that all children entering school for the first time should have a physical examination and all immunizations should be up to date.
