Shanice Boyce

Shanice is a multifaceted young lady who is not only hard-working but also very driven, well-organised, humble, well-rounded, dedicated, passionate and a joy to be around. From the age of 16, Shanice has been teaching children across Barbados in the various nursery, Primary and Secondary schools Music, Mathematics, English, and the Core Sciences. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) and attained a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Shanice has been an active member of the Barbados National Youth Sympathy Orchestra for 15 years and counting where she was the leader of the 2nd Violins and went on to be a 1st Violin all under the mentorship of Joy Knight from inception to this current day. If that were not enough, she is also a member of the Barbados Junior and Senior Orchestra and is a Cellist in all three Orchestral groups.

Practical Violin Grade One to Five (Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music)

Practical Violin Grade Six to Eight (Trinity Guildhall, Trinity College London)
