Inspiring Excellence

Janelle Alleyne

Janelle Alleyne is Barbadian born with eighteen years of being involved in the teaching profession, out of which she has actively taught locally for the past 13 years. She primarily has been the acting head teacher for J3 & J4 and she brings with her, her success in excellence in the common entrance exam.
She sees teaching as her God-given calling. Consequently, she gained the adequate training need to set her off on this journey to be the best teacher she could possibly be.
Truly passionate about education, it is her mission to create life-long learners, who are
critical thinkers and who want to make a difference in the world. – Making her the perfect fit for St. Luke’s!
To her teaching is not a job. It is a calling mingled with a passion. It is a wonderful opportunity to touch and impact the future. She is so thrilled to be joining St. Luke’s Academy and I certainly see it as a continuing opportunity to inspire excellence in the children with whom she will be entrusted.
