Dear Prospective Vendor,

St Luke’s Academy would like to invite you to participate as a vendor at our Sunset Farmers Market. The Sunset Farmers Market’s objective is to help raise funds for the school while providing a venue where local businesses, craftsmen, and artisans can come together to provide a variety of products to our community.

The Sunset Farmers Market will be held on Saturday, October 15th, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at St Luke’s Academy, WhiteHall, St Peter. The market will be an afternoon filled with fun activities for the whole family including a petting zoo, archery, a variety of demonstrations, pony rides, and more! Setup of the stalls may begin as early as 11:00 am and should be completed by 1:00 pm to facilitate smooth runnings.

Vendors who are interested in participating in the Sunset Farmers Market are encouraged to complete and submit the attached application on or before October 8th, 2022. The fee for a space at the market will be $100 for vendors who wish to sell food and drinks and $75 for all other vendors.

We must receive your completed application, as well as your registration fee and a copy of any licenses that you are required to hold before we can confirm your space.
