A Doctor’s note is required to return only if absent for 2 days or more or if diagnosed with anything highly contagious such as Covid-19, Gastro, Impetigo, Hand Foot & Mouth, Chicken Pox, Scabies, Conjunctivitis, Ring Worm, Beach Worm, Strep Throat, Influenza, Mumps, Rubella or Measles.
Reminders:

1. Please sign out students at the office in the log out book.
2. Please complete the “Absence Excuse Note” prior to returning to school. This form is available on the school’s website.

Students who leave school early due to being unwell may return once free of all symptoms and are off of all medications for 24 hours & with the requisite Doctor’s note. Students may not return without these being completed.
